What does the event cost?
The event is free! There will be Bingo Games to win fun prizes, donated snacks, a festive backdrop to take selfies or group photos. Due to capacity limitation, you must be registered to attend.
Will there be food?
Yes, There will be donated snacks and refreshments.
What is the dress code?
Costumes/Festive Halloween Attire
What grades are included?
K to 5
Can I just drop off my student?
No. This is not a drop off event and each child must be accompanied by a registered adult attendee.
Can our whole family come?
No, this event is only for students of WOS and CLE plus one adult. To allow more students the opportunity to attend the event, each student may be accompanied by only one adult. Additional parents or guardians for a single student are not permitted, and younger siblings cannot attend. Registration is required.
I have multiple K-5th graders at WOS/CLE, can 2 adults come with them? What about if I am the only one who can come with my multiple K-5th graders?
Yes, of course! Both options work!
I can’t come unless I have childcare for a younger sibling. Is there childcare?
No, we don't have childcare on premise.
I would like to register a table, how does this work?
Table Registration is up to 8ppl per registration. You will first need to register yourself and student, the form will ask "do you want a table?", click yes, to fill out up to 3 students/3 adults. Each table can have up to 8ppl. You are considered now main contact for your table, your friends do not need to fill out the registration again. They are considered registered under your table/registration. Anything after 8ppl, it must be submitted to another form/registration or you can have another parent register another table and you can add their contact info at the end of your registration, we will try to seat your parties in close proximity.
I don't have a group or table. I'm just registering me and my child.
No problem, we will always try our best to seat your party at a table with other parties within the same grade.
