5th Grade Yearbook
Dear 5th Grade Parents/Guardians,
As we begin your child's 5th and final year at Cottage Lane, we will create a yearbook that is strictly for the graduating class of 2025. This will be 44 pages of pictures in a soft-cover book that will capture their time throughout elementary school at both WOS & CLE. The cost of the yearbook is $25, Last Day to purchase is 4/1/2025.
The Yearbook Committee is made up of parent volunteers who will be working throughout the year to assemble the yearbook. We appreciate your participation with the steps below to make this a success:
Provide a baby picture via google form by Friday, 11/1/24

We are excited to begin this journey with you! If you have any issues with the google form, please email yearbook@socespta.org, please include your child's first & last name, Teacher's name and your child's photo.

Recommendations for Submitting Your Child's Baby Photos:
Please avoid submitting screenshots of your photos.
Please submit photos that are 8.6 MB or higher.
Choose photos where your child is sitting up or in a portrait orientation.
Photos similar to the examples on our flyer are ideal—nicely zoomed in and clear.
Ensure your child is the only person in the photo.
Photos of children who are around 6 months old or older are preferred.
The below is strictly optional if you have taken photos at either school and would like to submit for consideration.
